Trevor has solved a couple of unique issues with our manufactured home. He is prompt, articulate, neat, and friendly. He created an invisible access panel to replace our jetted tub faucet, and he reconnected our bathroom exhaust fans to the roof vents. Reasonable rates for creative, professional results. I hired BTC Construction to build a new fence so my toddler and dog could have a safe contained outdoor space. They did a wonderful job! Trevor was recommended to us by a neighbor for roof work we needed. Our initial meeting with him was very positive. He was on time, asked great questions and listened to our concerns. After an inspection he explained the work to be done and set up a timeline and budget. Our roof has been cleaned and treated and dry rot repair has been done.
